ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our company shall not be held accountable for any errors arising from the following factors:

  1. Spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.

  2. Low-resolution or low-quality graphics and images.

  3. Damaged fonts.

  4. Transparency issues.

  5. Artwork files not submitted in accordance with our specifications.

  6. Errors in user-selected options, including size, quantity, paper, and finish.

  7. Duplicate orders submitted by the user.

  8. Incorrect files uploaded.

  9. Incorrect file orientation.

Please note that these factors are beyond our liability, and it is the responsibility of users to ensure the accuracy and quality of their submitted materials.

Artwork Submission

When submitting your artwork to us, please ensure that your artwork has a
1/4” (0.25) bleed all around. This will ensure that when we cut the prints down,
there is no white around the edges. eg. if you need your print size at 5” x 7”,
ensure your artwork is sized to 5.25” x 7.25” (including extra bleed)
We are keen on quality, and to provide the highest quality print, please submit
your file in any of the following formats

  • .pdf

  • .ai

  • .eps

Note.
ensure that
all texts are outlined and images are embedded.
We are not opposed to accepting .jpeg and .png files, however ensure that
the resolution is at least 300 dpi for the best print results.

Artwork Request

We offer designing and would be happy to assist you, however, please bear in mind that in order for us to deliver expectations, we need time to brainstorm, conceptualise the design in its entirety which include layout, colour palette, font selection and ensure that the message you are trying to convey is
captivating, creative and a conversation piece. As you know, we are not your run of the mill creative studio or print shop. We take pride in producing work we are proud of and that sets you apart from the rest. With that said, please see our standard design turnaround times. In the event, that we are unable to meet your request based on our workload, we will advise you from the start
and propose a more realistic timeframe that both parties can agree on.

Print Production Turn Around Time

General Print Jobs
Same Day Turn Around Time
You will need to send artwork before 9am of that day
Applicable to:

Next Day Turn Around Time
Artwork between 9:01am - 7pm from the previous day will be delivered
next day.
Applicable to
•Print only job

Assembling Jobs
Jobs that require assembling after print: - folding, binding, laminating,
stitching, stapling, foiling, hole punching, gluing, labelling/tagging
packaging.
Turn around time
2-8 business days
depending on the level of assembling
and quantity. Contact customer service for a specific time frame.
