Shipping Policy

Delivery is provided exclusively through our trusted third-party courier service, DropX Courier. Delivery costs for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, varying depending on your location. When the delivery has been initiated , you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. In the rare event of products damaged or lost during transit, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. As of now, we offer exclusively local delivery to select locations: Half-way-tree, Crossroads, Downtown, Norbrook, Cherry Gardens, Mona, Liguanea, New Kingston, Barbican, Constant Spring, Manor Park, Papine, Hope Pastures, Spanish Town, Portmore.
